Adult Sailing Classes
This class will be taught on a J24 or J80 or RS Quest. The class will cover everything from docking to rigging, sail trim, safety procedures, helming, trimming, navigation and more. And it’s conveniently offered on Tuesday so you can have dinner at the club and re-live your sailing adventures over a cold beverage after the class is over!
Registration is available via the link above.
Classes meet for six weeks:
May 27 to July 1 or July 8 to August 12 — $300
5:30 to 8:30
Join a certified US Sailing Instructor and a seasoned skipper on a J24 and compete against your fellow students on other identical boats (we call that one-design racing). Each boat will have just two or three students for maximum instruction and rotation. Meet at the dock at 5:30 to prep the boat and get on the water by 6p for pre-race tune up
